Well it's been WAY too long since I posted. The project is nearly complete! The garage is basicaly all put together. doing drywall in the house and waiting for SWG to get off their *** and get the meter installed. I still need to paint someday, and there is still a lot of toys to put away...

Thanks everyone for the encouragement. The project is still coming along. I have all the insulation up and sheeted the inside with ¾” and ½” plywood. I didn’t want drywall in the garage because it’s too delicate. Plus with plywood, I can hang a shelf and I don’t have to hit a stud. Conduit...

I'm still pounding nails in my spare time. My insane work schedule and the baby have slowed progress a little bit. Nothing that makes for good pictures but just know that I haven't forgotten.

Sorry it's been so long! The baby is doing awesome, thanks everyone. The remodel has been progressing a little. Some big things were done, and now onto some of the more fun stuff, like electrical. Here's some pictures of the stucco and the insulation going in...

Greta was born 3-23, at 11:00 in the morning! New reason to hurry up and get the renovation finished, but now there is less free time to actually do it! I still found a little time to work on the gas lines today.

Thanks Jp. It's actually going pretty slow right now. I've been waiting for the new garage door tracks to get here. I thought that I ordered high-lift tracks for all the doors, but I guess I didn't... so instead of doing it twice, I decided to just re-order and do it right. When they arrive...

Funny you ask. I couldn't find any regular garage door seals that I liked so I'm making custom seals. I'll post pictures when I get to that point.

In addition to the garage, We are adding on to the house. Here is our idea instead of the typical french or sliding arcadia doors. (Still installing the high lift tracks in these pictures) And a couple shots of the garage 'cause everyone likes pictures...

this is an older picture. the roofing is done and we are prepping for stucco now. Waiting on the garage doors before we start any electrical work due to the high concetration of tweeker/scrappers in downtown phoenix.
