New garage in the Islands, with bonus house attached!

In my case, "W.I." stands for West Indies, we're down at the bottom of the Caribbean island chain: fortunately, a little warmer than Wisconsin!

New garage in the Islands, with bonus house attached!

Thanks for the continued interest, apologies for not responding sooner but I've had a lot going on! Will get some shots in the coming days - whilst we still have some way to go, now that the landscaping has grown a bit and the lights etc. are all in, the place looks a lot more established. I...

Looking at an Airking wall-mount fan, 1/3 or 1/4hp?

You are absolutely correct, will check it out on Google, but figured someone on the board might have first hand experience which might provide some real world info. Thanks for taking the time to respond, have a good one.

Looking at an Airking wall-mount fan, 1/3 or 1/4hp?

Thanks much, based on my direct experience with Panasonic's extraction fans, which we're using inside the house, these figures are pretty good for an "open", wall-mounted fan, no?! Does anyone have the 1/3hp model (9075)? I'm sure it'll be louder but the question is, by how much!! :)

Looking at an Airking wall-mount fan, 1/3 or 1/4hp?

Apologies for leaving this info out of my original post - the garage is about 750 sq ft., and I'm planning on having the fan mounted off center as I really will only be one one side of it for much of the time...

Looking at an Airking wall-mount fan, 1/3 or 1/4hp?

Hi all, I'd appreciate the collective wisdom on which model 30" wall-mounted oscillating Airking to go with: they offer a 1/4hp "quiet" model (99538) or the more powerful 1/3hp one (9075) - both look the same physically, and price-wise are within $10 of each other on Amazon. I'd normally go for...

Polished concrete floor- good for a residential garage?

Hi Fernando, just came across this old post - do you have any high-quality photos of a job done in this manner? With and without an aspartic top coat?

Anyone have pics of white flakes on a white epoxy floor??

Thanks for your always-objective input Scotty: apart from sharing a professional opinion you always do so with no pressure to opt for Legacy's products, and this is most appreciated. I'm going to do a rough photoshop job to see which combo looks best, fingers crossed!

Anyone have pics of white flakes on a white epoxy floor??

Hi gang, am just about ready to get my floor going and because of the extra grip and the fact that flakes hide imperfections, I'm considering using white flakes on a white epoxy or polyaspartic floor - I can't seem to find any shots of this particular combo. My other option is to go with my...

    Suburban Neo-Vintage 3 Car Garage

Thanks for sharing your garage with us! I particularly like the long bench between the two parking bays - this is a great way of increasing the functional space of the garage (and also serves to keep family traffic away from your work area )

    The Concrete Underground

I continue to love everything about this build, and for what its worth, I think the grey looks awesome. The cutting of the channels to provide a break where the finish joins can be hidden was a great idea, and it also provides interest to the wall. Given your attention to detail, that the...

Removing duct tape residue from RaceDeck

3M's adhesive remover is an absolute godsend, and whilst I don't have any racedeck at hand to try it out on, it has never ruined any surface I've tried it on. Highly highly recommended!

    The Concrete Underground

I love seeing these updates, this build continues to impress: glad to see the progress being made - keep up the awesome work, things are really moving now! Quick question: Does the stucco come tinted or do you have to paint it afterwards?
