    Thank you for the MiraDrain advice. I just bought the MiraDrain today! I just need to buy the adhesive (not decided which one yet.) Hoping to get in installed this weekend or by Monday evening...depending on weather.

    I do not recall how hight the rebar is in the walls / back...it was several feet. The only horizontal rebar I recall seeing was in the footers. The block was filled. Why the minimum of 5000psi may I ask? I'm looking at 3500 to 4000

    Hello - Yes, the township actually had the engineer beef them up a little bit from the original plans. There is rebar on the inside and it was filled as well. I do not recall how high the bars were. That back footer was 5' wide with lots of rebar. The block is 12" block.

    Thank you all. I guess I am debating between using foam or one of the membranes. I like the Platon membrane but it looks like you have to nail it to the wall. It just feels odd nailing into a block that you want to keep water out of. Anyone try to use adhesive? The Mira Drain - looks like...
