I have two VIM sockets sets, one triple square and one stubby metric hex sockets. Both are Taiwan made and excellent quality and as durable as anything I've seen. Their customer service is also excellent. I always try to buy USA made tools, but for the money and quality it's hard to beat VIM.
I picked these up while in Berlin last week...Hazet E-torx set and brake piston adjuster. Every time I go to Germany I come back with more Hazet tools.
This is truly disappointing. I have the USA thin profile ratchets, and although I have upgraded to Snap-on, they were the ratchets I used when I first started wrenching and they were great ratchets. I am done with Craftsman and Sears.
