Dont forget it requires class III stainless vent! That is the reason I went with an outdoor version (Rheem) and have had it for about 4 years and love it. You also need to install the manifold system to allow you to backflush the system.3/4" gas is required.

I have a Steel Water safe I love it. It has a digital lock with a hidden keyed bypass so you can always get in and the digital is so fast.

Anderson has insert replacements that keep you from having to re-do the trim.

I hate the new cans because they dont pour right. I take a 1/4 by 1/4 tubing fitting and screw in it with a cap to let it breathe and they tend to work better.
