    The Sidchrome thread

Here is an unused old set I bought recently. Set 192-7 includes 6 to 19mm and appears in two catalogs I have but the wallet layout differs. On the left is a 1987 printing with NZ$ of the day written in. On the right is a 1981 printing and note the placement is incremental. But the wrenches...

    Secure your toolbox

My 2c here. The bottom drawer(s) contain heavy seldom used items. 3/4 drive socket set for starters. As to keeping drawers closed I’m in the habit of leaving a drawer ajar when I take a tool out to be a poor man’s check list that said item has to be returned. Lucky escape from permanent...

Lehman, Archer & Lane - England

I was lazy to search just Lehman Archer into Graces Guide and an ad for the forerunner to your die stock is shown. Interesting is all the thread forms but nothing above 1/2” at that time? Great tooling, I have a few sets myself.

Let's see your vintage drill bit indices

Here is a NOS Delta Drill Tidy from NZ. The paper labels don’t last forever but it prompts me to seek the optional wall bracket.

    Antique Thewlis Thread Plate

Look up on graces guide Thewlis & Griffith for the Warrington connection. I have a small BA Tap & Die set. It features the date of 1918, maybe the 12 refers to 1912?
