Here is an unused old set I bought recently.
Set 192-7 includes 6 to 19mm and appears in two catalogs I have but the wallet layout differs.
On the left is a 1987 printing with NZ$ of the day written in.
On the right is a 1981 printing and note the placement is incremental.
But the wrenches...
My 2c here. The bottom drawer(s) contain heavy seldom used items. 3/4 drive socket set for starters.
As to keeping drawers closed I’m in the habit of leaving a drawer ajar when I take a tool out to be a poor man’s check list that said item has to be returned.

The Delta Index has to be pre 2010 going by Delta moving to Wellington after the Chch earthquake and renaming themselves Delta Die Casting.
Then in 2019 sold and renamed Fraser Industries.

I have a small BA Tap & Die set.
It features the date of 1918, maybe the 12 refers to 1912?
