Who makes the longest 1/2” ratchet

If you are on GJ and asking this question there is no point avoiding it, buy the 3/4". You know you want to. It's just one little ratchet, what could it hurt? :)

Who makes the longest 1/2” ratchet

I have that same one, when something is stuck that will either get it out or break it.

    ZMotorsports Shop Projects 2.0

We just had this conversation the other day... How can the teenage kids at the local hardware store be more helpful and capable than many of the grown A** adults at the Autozone, O'Reilly,s, etc.?

Looking for a compact cordless screwdriver (pistol grip style) for automotive interior work

While I am elbows deep into Milwaukee I have an old Bosch screwdriver that I still use. It and its batteries have lasted forever. When I bought it I bought the straight and the pistol grip, I gave the pistol grip to my buddy and he still has it and uses it as well. I have the MIlwaukee M4...

    Milwaukee M18 Tire Inflator Thoughts?

I run the LockNFlate QR and mine will cycle a bunch sometimes on the first go round, then the rest of the tires it is fine. I really do love mine though, I have even been able to set the bead on one side with mine when I swap TPMS sensors. There has been the rare occasion where I have...

Recommend a Scan Tool to Reset Duramax DEF Limp Mode

I was able to force a regen on a duramax with my MX808S, I think there was a reset in the DPF service function.

Choosing the right scan tool...confusing to say the least

Boy you are not kidding on how hard it is to make a choice. I debated for quite awhile to get the "perfect" one, finally I said screw it and just picked one. I ended up with the MX808S-TS and I have been very happy so far. I too am a DIYer and mostly stick to my fleet and the kid's cars so...

Recommendation for best small portable shop vac - cordless OR corded

Yes that is the one. My wife has begun to steal it more and more to use so I may upgrade to the latest one that is packout compatable.

Recommendation for best small portable shop vac - cordless OR corded

I also have the small M18 MIlwaukee vac and love it. I find I do most things with it, if I have a big project I will drag out the corded shop vac but the convenience of the battery vac is so nice. I run a Forge 12 battery in mine, no reason except it lasts forever.

Multiple toolboxes? One for SAE and the other metric?

I have 2 "shops". I have the garage which has normal automotive tools in it and I have a basement shop with the 2nd set of tools. I used to store a lot downstairs and ran back and forth to get things, it wasn't terrible but I have since streamlined the process and I have most commonly used...

    1000SqFt Retirement Home-Work Platform

I have a similar one and it has proving itself worthy, use it quite a bit. After a couple of house painting jobs I had to power wash it to get all the paint off of it so it would fold decent again. The other thing that surprised me with how much I use it is the Keter folding table. It has...

Hey Mike! In seeing your process of removing u-joints I just wanted to share a tool I have that I have thoroughly enjoyed. I had always used the same method until I bought the u-joint puller from Tiger Tools. It really makes disassembly a dream. I also bought their socket press which has...

    Tire Spoons: drop-center or curved?

I have a couple wedges I use for this, I wedge them in on either side of the sensor and I am able to swap them out and not have to manage the tire. I made my wedges from scrap delrin but I would think anything would work. If you are not going to pop the tire over the rim I don't think the...
