    When we first moved in I went to the local hardware shop and purchased the current stain at their recommendation. It hasn't held up well at all and I know I don't have to but I'd like to grind up the crappy acrylic stain and at least put a clear coat over the concrete even if I do racedeck...

    In the constant hunt for more space in our little garage I decided to open up the space under the water heater. I first cut open the drywall, then figured out what size box would work. I built the inner box then fastened it in the opening and I'm currently waiting for the compound to set up...
