    RaceDeck Flooring in Weight Room

We put the standard racedeck down in the basement for our gym area. Works well and looks great!

    Random Pattern (Racedeck or otherwise)

The original motivation was my frustration with trying to get tiles to line up correctly with doors and where my cars are parked. Someone really needs to make a 6" x 12" tile for those of us that like things perfectly symmetrical :) So I figured if I can't get a nice pattern I'd just go for...

    Random Pattern (Racedeck or otherwise)

Has anyone ever done a random pattern in their tiles? I've written a quick app that lets me move sliders to adjust how much of each colour I want and then creates a random pattern with that mix. Trying to decide if this is a dumb idea or not :)

Anyone have a lift like this?

I have the Bendpak and love it! As mentioned above, transmission and exhaust work isn't ideal but it's awesome for suspension, brakes, tires, etc. I've still managed to replace an S2K ****** and exhaust and a WRX ****** on the lift using the extended lift pads to get a bit more clearance.

    Let's see your toolbox.

How do you like the Costco box? I've been looking at the same one and was thinking of buying it this week.

anyone ever order a lift from these guys?

I ordered from them back in November (Bendpak MD6XP). Lift showed up on time and works great!

Framing Walls: How do you fixed bowed out/in studs?

One thing a (good) builder does to make sure you don't get wavy walls is to mark the cup in all the studs and orient them the same way. I've paired up a board with another one like bmwpower said and any good inspector will accept them, no problem.

    CT impact gun, good deal??

All the autox guys around here use them. Mine will easily undo the wheel nuts on the Honda (80ft/lbs) and will undo the ones on the Porsche with a fairly fresh charge (96ft/lbs). Typically I can do around 3 or 4 track days on a battery.
