+1 for the 60/40 split (axle centerline about 44.5" from the front of the cargo area). Since you have the toolbox permanently mounted, you may be able to get away with a 55/45 split (46"). Those arent huge numbers from what you have, but remember, you need to keep tongue weight on the tow...
