This is the current cable, is this too big for a 120v plug or can I reuse it? If it's too big, what spec cable should I use? This is the panel in the garage, on the right is the 120v breaker, I'd have to upgrade this one to 40A?

I don't think I have anything that big for 120v. Isn't 40A+ saved for stoves/dryers?

First quote back on 80' x 100' 110k CAD for the building 28k CAD for insulation R28 walls and R40 roof Freight included, engineered drawings, gutters/trim, wall liners included. Will keep updating this.
