:bowdown:Thanks again Jackfre. I realize now I'll have to try and figure out fairly closely what the HW needs of the house are going to be as well as the heat loss in order to get the best match of a boiler. A bit tricky since I've never actually lived there, nor have I run a duplex before...- Ijam

Hi folks, I appreciate any input on this... My contractor is suggesting a tankless HW heater with a Heat Exchanger to service all my HW needs + radiant floor heating for a 2400 sq. ft house that will be a legal duplex. I know this forum is dedicated to garages and this is outside 'that' box...- Ijam
