Thank you for the post. Would you believe that my driveway is short, sloped, and has a wedge curb at the bottom; so I really don't have the option of moving the lift into the driveway, that and the HOA would go nuts. Keep me up to date as to how your situation progresses and best of luck !

Thank you for the input. Good idea with renting a storage space. I'm not sure am up to disassembling the lift and having it re-installed though. I thought about the snap together tiles (Swisstrax is actually local to me) but I don't like the clacking sound and the buckling when the garage heats up.

Hi Shea - thank you for your input, I may end up doing that but thought if I ever move (or move the lift) there will be 4 patches of exposed concrete where the base plates were.
