I just had all new doors and openers installed last week. It came about due to wanting to fit a lift on one side, and starting with looking for the cheapest option to make that happen. I ended up going for replacing everything 100%, both sides. Like you, I had to replace a gear on a chain drive...

This was exactly what I had drawn up for my dream house build. We ended up finding a house and buying instead of building, but this seemed like the easiest and best solution to wanting a safe room. :thumbup:
