yes they are i have finally built my own. but i have another question i need the pro and cons on putting plastic under the concrete in the shop?

i am building a new garage at my home and i would like to install something in the concrete to pull frames and other objects any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. and specs on how to build and install them. thank you Troy
