Let's see pics of your Roll Out Mats

I see tons of posts about epoxy, plastic/rubber tiles, and porcelain...they all look fantastic and I wish I could do them too. But where are all the folks like me that want to do a wall to wall roll out mat...like BLT G-Floor or similar? Where are all your pictures and tips? Let's see them!

Dark spots in resurfacer...Impact on rollout Garage Mat

Guess I am in the clear. I taped down the plastic sheeting in four areas of the garage a few days ago and still no water accumulation. Temps have been over 90 here since and high humidity. Rain overnight too. Must have just been the way I mixed it and the weather at the time I laid it out?

let's see your craftsman block grinders

Thanks for advising on replacing the stone and correcting me on this being a PRE BLOCK. I am still thinking if it is worth me keeping it or not. It's a nice to have when I need it, but I don't have continuous use for it. Huh, didn't even notice the shield missing. Good catch! Wonder why...

let's see your craftsman block grinders

Just picked up this model from an older neighbor. I believe it is a 1957 model based on the imprint of the front tag. Is that correct? I stumbled upon this thread while researching what exactly I had here. Had planned to sell it, but wondering if I should keep it for light duty work. I...

So what product did you use?

Found a deal on craigslist? - List Here!

Racedeck Diamond 12x12 PVC Tiles. 320 sq ft and brand new I am not affiliated with the seller but I did contact him about a month ago to inquire on the brand. He states in the ad that these are Speedway tiles, but for those in the market you can see there are only 4 tabs per side. Speedway...

    Keeping concrete from lifting?

Not really what I was asking...I understand the steps. Was asking what product is recommended. Regardless, I found good reading material from Shea at allgaragefloors.com. Wouldn't mind some folks with first hand experience to chime in though.

    Keeping concrete from lifting?

What is the best product to ensure patched concrete stays bonded and does not lift in the future? My garage floor dates back to the 1950's and has areas that are spalling badly with Chicago winters and road salt. I intend to repaint the concrete next spring/summer, but want to make sure the...

    Rain after applying Epoxy?

I believe mine is only 70% solids...Rustoleum Prof Coating. I can always block off the service door easily so no water actually penetrates through. So as long as it doesn't get wait while curing I should be okay? I'll have to watch the weather and see how much we are expected to get and if...

    Rain after applying Epoxy?

I was worried about humidity, but now that you mention it...my service door does have some slight space under it where wather will leak into the garage. So it could come in contact too. By then though, I should be on my second coat and hopefully even that would be down for a few hours. My...

    Rain after applying Epoxy?

I was planning to do my Epoxy floor this weekend, one coat on Saturday and the second on Sunday. Looks like my weather forecast is calling for potential rain late Sunday or early Monday, and possibly for a few days. Is this going to cause any issues with the finish of the Epoxy, or will it...

    Solutions for Slippery Epoxy Floor?

So I'm planning on this...one coat of color, second coat of color with flakes and shark grip. Wasn't planning on re-rolling after broadcasting the shark grip. Sounds like I have to though? Do I even need it if I am laying out flakes and no clear coat?

New Poll: Applying Rustoleum Professional Epoxy

So I found out the Rustoleum clear does not have a UV protectant in it. My garage faces West and we often keep the door open during long periods of the daytime. How bad and quickly do you think it will yellow? I'm thinking now that despite the poll results, I may need to skip the...

    Solutions for Slippery Epoxy Floor?

Anyone else care to weigh in on this? I am on the fence with a clear coat because of not being a UV protectant(at least the Rustoleum brand). As noted in an earlier post I am using the Rustoleum Professional Coating. I'm not looking for museum quality, just a nicer looking floor. And I'm on...

New Poll: Applying Rustoleum Professional Epoxy

For my application of 400Sq Ft and without the expectation that the floor will be immaculate, showroom quality...I purchased the Rustoleum Professional Series 2-Part Epoxy. One color kit covers 300-400Sq ft. I purchased 2 color kits and a single clear coat kit (500 Sq Ft). I may have bought...
