I had a 75K Hot Dawg natural gas unit installed this summer in my 2- 1/2 car garage.
I consider its noise level "normal" and certainly not excessive.
Though my noise perspective is comparing it to the 1953 80K Janitrol unit it replaced.
I tried Irish spring soap in the trunk of a car I had been storing for the winter.
The bad news was the mice that got in the car didn't mind the smell of the soap at all.
The good news was that they chewed on the bar of soap and it killed them, but not before they started building a nest...
Don't think I'm better or worse than most....
I didn't know questions were frowned upon here.
My original question was answered that GFI's can go bad.
Thanks
The GFI breaker has suddenly started tripping whenever the dishwasher in our kitchen is being ran.
The backstory is that the kitchen was remodeled a year and a half ago with a dedicated 20 amp circuit provided by the electrician for the dishwasher.
The dishwasher has a plug in cord that plugs...
I have the same neon/AA battery clock setup. Maybe I'm lucky , but the rechargeable Enloop battery I use lasts until I change the clock for daylight savings. And this is in a garage that will have its temperature in the teens in January.

I'm also 58 and have been standing on concrete for 40 years.
I use the AF mat, and wear Red Wing ankle high steel toes, and orthodontic shoe inserts at work. My workplace is nice enough to even replace the AF mats after a couple of years as the mats tend to lose their softness.
Sometimes lightly laying a file the opposite way on the od of the part (the wooden handle) while boring will stop any vibration you might have. I do't know what inserts you have available , but I get great finishes on Aluminum with 1/64 radius Kennametal inserts
Anyone aware of this brand of tools?
Specifically I am going to look at a small pressure sandblaster for sale that is Shop Tuff brand . Wondering if it is cheap or something better than Harbor Freight?
A few years ago I had Irish Spring soap thru out my Imperial as a deterrent to mice when I put the it into winter storage. When I took the car out of storage the following spring I found teeth marks in the bar soap, and dead mice under the back seat.
Irish Spring didn't keep the mice away...
