My first "Real Vise" Chas Parker No 2x
I'm just giddy... :bounce::bounce::bounce: I was loading up some scrap metal at a guys place and he walks out of the garage carrying a large vise heading towards my trailer. I cut him off and said I'll just put that in the truck. Just noticed the No 2x...
How much use will the barn see? Why not just have its own system, instead of trying to push **** uphill? Small septic tank with one line running off it for a leech area?
purlins should have simpson 2x6 hangers attaching them to trusses. Tin should be screwed to every purlin. Id make sure the contractor does it RIGHT. not his interpretation of right
Before you pour the crete, I'd plumb in some 4" pipe along the end posts and maybe middle depending on size of building. Basically set your self up for gutters with hidden drains, so you're not having to deal with tripping over downspouts. depends on lot elevation as well.
What he said. no good will come out of draining water under a slab. I tear out concrete for a living. Either tear it out and re pour it, orrrr have a floor guy come out and grind down the area between the pond and door, then have them do a floor coating to make it aesthetically pleasing
out here in Colorado a few homebuilders don't spec road base under driveways, and garages. No wire or bar either. keeps me busy tearing the new concrete out when the expansive soil underneath does what it does. 300-800k houses
