Racedeck/tile ideas for just half the garage

I've got a 30x32 garage that I sealed a few years ago. It didnt take and now I'm wanting to spruce up the floor. I know grinding and then doing an epoxy would be cheaper, but I just dont feel like getting into all that work. I also know Racedeck gives us a nice discount, however, it's still a...

    Best grinder to remove TLPPC

My old garage floor was not coated/sealed. Always dusty. Now my new floor being coated/sealed, I don't hesitate at all to lay down and work on my car, without having to find the creeper. Read later about concrete dust. Definitely recommend not to leave bare.

The resolution put forth by Justin IMO is very admirable and worthy of a solution. I'm happy with the options I have been presented, and wouldn't hesitate to do future business with Justin.

    Best grinder to remove TLPPC

I agree. Only had lifting after first week. Been a couple of months now and never any lifting. Even after parking hot tires and vehicle sitting for a couple days then driving, no lifting. Basically if I don't peel it up, it ain't coming up

    Single layer TLPPC?

Where my top coat has peeled, the first coat looks fine and definitely won't lift. I'll put some oil on and see what happens. With one coat, I don't imagine there will b much sheen though. I still love my floor even though it's peeled. It's better than bare concrete and since that first week...

Epoxy the garage floors? Good or bad idea?

That's what I love about having a sealer down, no dust for me. My old bare concrete garage was always dusty.

I'm hoping just to sand the spots where the top film has peeled, and then just reapply sealer. Looks like first coat took just fine.

My new garage and Armorpoxy SPGX

I'm a Chevy guy, but props on such a clean Fox in the garage. Floor looks great as well

I agree. My floor has also peeled up in spots, also taking any stains with it so that's good. I still love my floor and not too disappointed as I'm sure Justin is working on a solution.

400 SQFT Gloss White Legacy Industrial Epoxy

Looks great. Would have loved to do white but for me, probably too much cleaning.

Good concrete sealer? How hard for DIY?

I spent $600 for 8 gallons of TLPPC. Have 3 left I could send back and get refund. It's worth every penny in my book. Love my floor.

I've also had some peeling where I think I didn't have enough coverage. Justin said to just rough up area with minimum 110 sandpaper and then just reapply. Also try Simple Green to clean stains. It didn't remove mine but helped diminish them a little. Hope this helps as its just a minor setback...

    I love my TLPPC floor.

You won't be disappointed. I couldn't find much about TLPPC before I did mine, so I'm glad to hear this thread is helping others decide. Although I hope Justin has plenty after all these sales
