I finished 1200 sq-ft floor with hellfire 2-weeks ago. Did 4 coats as well and still came up with roller marks. Maybe a couple more coats would've fixed that. Dunno. Also, can did leak on shipment too. Other than all of that. I'm pleased. Especially since your results so far are good.

It was a fresh slab and the concrete guys didn't burn it out to a smooth finish like they normally do.

Well, i just now looked over the permit. Application Type Description says Residential Accessory Structure. Also, Structure Information says Detached Garage. At the bottom, under special notes and comments, it says construction must comply with IRC 2015 Code. I'm currently reading through that...

I'll have to talk to someone at St Mary's county building permit office. I've found St Mary's county building codes. But it just mentions "registered design professional". No Engineered drawings.
