Thanks hewey! I’d do another Shitbox Rally (would be my third) but SWMBO feels it would time and money better spent on family holidays… As for the house, have to delay my plans now. Decided to buy a place interstate where my son is studying as student accommodation is getting ridiculously...

But the most exciting news is this. Bought our “empty nesting” home. It’s rented out but when the older kids move out, we’ll downsice…the house. Not the land. Generous backyard which I plan on building a man cave / garage! Now to speak to my accountant on how to do this in a tax efficient...

Then somewhere in between, I did another Shitbox Rally with the old Toyota Avalon. Great cause, fundraising for cancer research. Drove from Sydney up to Rockhampton for the start and finished the rally in Hobart…then drove back to Sydney. About 7000kms in 10 days. What a great way to see...

This has been my source of inspiration from years back. I recently bought my “retirement home” - small 3-4 br house sitting on 900sqm so I can build a 3 car garage with a decent man cave. Now to slowly use the rental income to “repair and upgrade” the property.

Thanks hewey! The Integra is good fun - stripped out with a K24 instead of the original B18 so it‘s got a bit more grunt. It’s done a 1:05 at Wakefield but many guys a dipping into the 4s now. Quite pleased with the rack as well - really has cleared up space but it’s also turned out heavier...

I’m just green with envy! The space you have…to die for! The surrounds look nice and damn…even the earth you dig up looks half decent! Mine was just clay!
