    As a electrician it is best to check with your local AHJ which is the AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION in your immediate/local area. AKA an electrical inspector. They are final word on requirements in your area.

    If you invest in 1/0 Aluminum you should not have worry about voltage drop at that distance.
