I have decided to hang it in the middle of the shop. I still cant decide on whether to go with a two stage 155/110,000 btu or to go with a 175/125,000 unit. I dont want to go to big and regret it. Does someone have an opinion?

I am looking for ideas on specing a tube heater for my newly purchased shop. It will have R 19 on the walls and R 30 in the ceiling. The shop will be used occasionally to work on equipment but it will not have to be at a perfect even heat all over the shop. I am thinking around 55 degrees...
