Wow, I've seen stronger sidewalks. You are doing the right thing with the re-pour. Would it be possible to set anchor bolts into the concrete for even better strength?

I will be purchasing a car hauler within the next year. Class Act will not be on the list of suppliers, unless they go beyond and above to refund or properly fix OCG's trailer at no cost to him. Period.

Your garage looks fabulous. I do wonder, however, about the gable ends of your scissor truss roof. Everything I've read says that doing a horizontal truss gable end with a scissor truss is not up to code. Did an architect or engineer stamp your plans? Here is a link on the subject...
