I just purchased an Atlas snowblower, has the briggs and stratton engine, number on engine is 13025, cant seem to find info for that though, can anyone help, it doesn't run, replaced the spark plug, oil and gas, nothing, the spark plug is dry, so is it a carburator issue? should I just try...
