Here's the jack after disassembly, rebuild with HCRCnow cylinder kit and new paint. Looks and works like new. Not bad for a 50 year old jack.

For what it's worth on this very dated thread, the color that I found that most closely matches the original color green on the older Sears (Japanese made) floor jacks is made by TESTORS, GREEN METALLIC FLAKE ENAMEL SPRAY PAINT. I've seen it identified by 1630 and 1630T. It comes in a 3oz can...
