    well here is the final product. Fairly happy with it but I guess the true test will be 3-5 years down the road.     Here is an update with pictures. The prep was pretty intense. I power washed with a 2,200 psi washer first, then used a degreaser. The degreaser seemed like over kill but I wanted to be sure it was clean. I then power washed with a 3,500 psi washer. This seemed to rid the floor of 80-90% of the...

    Clean Up

    I did wxactly what iceman stated. I have plastic sheets taped about 5 ft up the new drywall. used painters tape to adhear the tarp and duct tape on the bottom (I have cinder blocks on the base of my walls. You could probably buy blue tape for top and bottom if need be. I have powerwashed already...

    Quikrete Concrete Resurfacer

    doing it this weekend, I will let you know. Mixed up a trowelable mixture on Tuesday and filled in some of the larger holes and one large crack. Looks good so far.
