Thanks Zestomite! Went in to my local store today to pick up the Dremel kit I ordered online and it had clearly been used and returned. Mgr offered to sell it for $15 so that made it an even sweeter deal.

Why call BS on this if you don't have first-hand knowledge? I picked up several of these Bosch optical levels, along with some of the tripods and leveling rods, for pennies a few years ago when they went thru the clearance markdown.

Same here. I got the cancellation email when order status still showed Ready to Go and then the ladder got delivered and order status now shows Shipped and credit card has been charged.

I wonder if this is how they can cancel it after it's already at the FedEx facility, my FedEx tracking information shows this entry after FedEx picked it up earlier in the day: Shipment exception Barcode label unreadable and replaced Perhaps they issue a new label to have it re-routed...

If you have the .06 receipt then they should refund the .06 price even if it's currently at a penny.
