I value them as a shed here in PA basically. Unless they are finished out as living space like a camp. We value all sheds whether they are "moveable" or not. My argument is everything is moveable. I've seen houses moved down the street, but they are still taxable. We do not value travel...

Completely agree. I've gotten multiple offers for my jeep over the years, but my dad and I completely rebuilt every last bolt on it when I was in high school with some help from my grandfather when he was still with us. I'll never sell it regardless of the offer. I've sold guns and cars...

I went with luan because it was cheap and one person manageable to put up. I was concerned with drooping as well, so I used 1x3 stripping to support. No issues so far, but either you're okay with that stripping look or you're not. It's not for everyone. I didn't think the materials list...

Yep absolutely agree. That's why we don't use it as much now. Worked great on the ol man's 85 chevy before it went to the junkyard, newer vehicles not so much. We built a couple sets of stacked wood ramps that get most of the use now for oil changes, etc.
