I caulked the seam between the sill plate and the concrete. Then i bought a couple cans of auto undercoating, you know the rubber spray stuff. Taped up a few inches up my plywood inner sheathing and a few inches onto the concrete floor. Sprayed 2 coats and it's sealed up very nicely. Gives not a...
