Ya that’s the issue I’ve been reading people having since they got bought out, they just don’t seal well enough to hold pressure.
So does anyone have any recommendations for other pressure bleeders?
Hey all, been wanting to purchase a pressure brake bleeder. I know the gold standard pressure bleeder has previously been Motive but I had read that Motive was acquired by a different company a couple years ago and apparently quality/support has gone to **** since.
Wondering if anyone has...
The 90T set is on sale on amazon for $100 right now (reg $130) 120XP is $150 so regular price is not that much different. I can afford the 120 no prob, that said I do not use them that often, I’m just a DIY mechanic.
Supposedly the 120 is stronger since it’s dual 60T pawls, on the other hand the 90T (single pawl) is less teeth and less parts overall.
According to Project Farms testing on ⅜” ratchets the 90T failed at 286.2 ft lbs and the 120XP at 295.8 ft lbs.
