I'd hit it with a grinder to smooth and then fill it with a nut/bolt/washer that is used to hold an adel to route the wire someplace else.

Probably not the most elegant solution, but I welded receiver tubes to angle brackets and bolted them to the uprights of my HF hydraulic press. I don’t use it that often, so the legs double as the receiver tube rack.

Nice setup. Is that a water filter on the back of your plasma cutter?

This.... I have same setup. Also took the crank handle off and welded a 1/2” drive socket to the jack shaft so I can use my battery powered impact driver to raise/lower.

What keeps the cam from simply rotating back? From the photo angle it looks like it is parallel with the cam axle
