For sheet stock, this Eastwood saw is my go-to tool. I’ve cut 1/4” plate with no problem.
Fast and straight.
Probably not the most elegant solution, but I welded receiver tubes to angle brackets and bolted them to the uprights of my HF hydraulic press. I don’t use it that often, so the legs double as the receiver tube rack.

I have same setup. Also took the crank handle off and welded a 1/2” drive socket to the jack shaft so I can use my battery powered impact driver to raise/lower.
