Awesome thanks. Im still trying to debate if this will be my project or hire someone. Hate to mess it up then have to hire someone 5 years from now and remove everything from the garage again. I will get some quotes soon and figure out what I am going to do.

Have a link to the kit you used? Would you do it again? Is this with a top coat?
