Oh it looks like I need a higher post count to post pictures. My mistake. And yes I am comfortable and safe when working with electricity. :) its a Grants 1/4" Drill, Model NO 10546T6. I'll update this thread with the pics once I'm allowed to, but they are in my album now.

I'm pretty new to restoring/repairing tools, especially powertools. We have had this busted drill for quite some time and I want to repair it. I havent pulled it apart yet but im pretty sure it just needs a new powercord. Does anyone have any information on this particular drill? As i said...
