cutting up a vintage snap on box for a sink?

Perfect plan. Add a harbor fright or crapsman commode. Waterloo for a urinal.

You'll need to slot the bottom or lower sides to allow the tambour door to slide forward out of the way for access. They also make a great grille, oven enclosure and dais. My barber has one for his cash register base. Be sure to post up the pictures when it's done.

    Diy brake pressure bleeder.

^^ that's the set up for me ^^ Adapt a cap, seal the vent in the cap, should work great. Thanks

Who else made boxes for Snap-on over the years??

So we can put this question to rest, right? Snap on tool boxes were made by Snap on and MBC. Snap on tool boxes were made in the U.S.A. and Canada. Snap on tool boxes were not made by beach. Or waterloo. There remain questions about where exactly in Canada Snap on boxes were made.

Japjeep, do you know for certain that boxes were made in Mimico? No, sorry I don't. I know they must have had a press line, my cousin delivered roll and thin plate steel there years ago (late 60's).

Don't know about new stuff, but the plant next to the Long Branch arsenal made tools and everything else up until about 1980. Had a huge Snap On sign you could see for miles. It was ultra modern before the war, even stamped Enfield rifles and Sten machine gun parts back then.
