not sure where to post this.... I've had this little cutter forever. (photo) I Took the blade out to "reverse" & I'll be danged if I can get it back in "snugly", like it was before! I can get it in, but it's loose when it slides. I don't want to pry it open too much..Must be some trick to it...

thanks. I'm guessing my prob. might be #2 above. which one is the temp-delta issue?lol Its worse in the cold, winter weather, plus we live in a fairly high humidity climate. we have electric heat but I've been keeping it off in the garage , as do my neighbors. any advice?

a stupid question, maybe somebody knows. I seem to have a lot more condensation in my (attached) garage than my neighbors. all the house in this subdivision built by same contractor, about 8 yrs ago. could it possibly be because I've painted my concrete garage floor- with latex concrete floor...
