Got mine today, and it works great. It came with a really nice Steinel 14mm reflector tip that should be perfect for heat shrink. Unfortunately, it won't come off. I'm going to put a little PB blaster on it and let it sit overnight.

You have to try the 8 pc professional HF screwdriver set. I know guys who put their Craftsman (Pratt-Read) in their home toolbox so they could use the HF set at work. The tips hold up better and fit fasteners better. I use them myself and they're a revelation. Truly pro quality.

Some of those Crew Line tools were quite good. Quality tools are quality tools...and some Taiwan tools are miles better than some US tools. Look at the trash Danaher/Apex were making here in the 2000s; the crappy tools barely got any worse when they moved to craptacular king of crappy...
