My wife and i are looking at a house here in Kansas. There happens to be two garages, a 24x24 and a 24x30. The larger one has it's own meter. What do you suppose if i was to rent it out, it would go for? Right now it rents for 100.00 a month, but I'm thinking someone would pay closer to 200.00...
