Have been into mechanics, garage work, machining, cars since adolescence. Put myself through college working as a mechanic at an Oldsmobile dealer. Now have a nice garage workshop where I work on my '49 Cadillac. Also have a 9" South Bend lathe built in 1935 as well as a small Taig lathe. Recently became interested in vises, so bought a Parker No. 1 on ebay to restore. Will have lots of questions.
