    Funny, I just priced some that caught my eye at HD. When he said $27 per foot...I passed. I grabbed the swatch though. It is 'Arborite P-623-CA Brushed Aluminum.'

    Try a router mounted in a table. Use a 2 or 3 flute bit. It will make quick work of Delrin. It works mint for me.

    The concrete extends outside a few inches past where the door closes down. The line left would be a bad thing to him?(maybe me too?) Funny story;My boy & I were checking it out after he did it & my boy says "look at all the bubbles....there's millions of them!"(fish eyes in the paint) Well...

    Which Router do you Recommend???

    I would go with Porter Cable or Bosch. You can make an awesome table out of 3/4" mdf covered with laminate. Respect the router,it can bite you!
