    Aluminum paint

I build ornamental windmills and I like the look of the tower parts that have been dipped in aluminum paint because it looks like old time galvanized steel. But… the paint never dries. Even months or even a year later it is like handling Neverseize. Any thoughts or answers

    Under sizing heat pump

big heavy thing .. advice needed.High drama!

Rent a telehandler, chain the press to the carriage and you can then pick it up and tip it over forward and extend into the garage. Even small telehandlers will pick up 6000 lfs with ease. We rent one for $250/ day. Rates may vary. They can also be roaded for s verbal miles if need be.

    Your WORST tool buy!

Craftsman 'bone wrench' stuck to overhead beam in the shop is a good conversation piece and everyone that spots it agrees that is a good use for it.

    Garage tunes

I-pad with internet wifi from the house. Hooked to old Onkyo receiver and playing through a pair of Bose 901's I bought on e-bay. I can hear over almost any machine in the shop. Sounds great and I can blow the roof off when I am in the mood.

    heat pump

I got a mini split online. 24k but with 2 indoor heads for the 2 rooms. It was 9 degrees this morning and the shop was 55 inside. Cost about $2500 but there were cheaper ones.
