    ^correct and don't forget a moisture barrier before you put it up. 15lb roofing felt works.

    You only need to rewire the outlet. Find the constant hot in the box and add a pigtail to the outlet. Remove the tab on the hot side and you are done.

    Lu-Max, I have used recess cans on R-panel. You have to match trim size to panel ribs. I used remodel cans and pre-wired all my drops. Cut your holes with a hole saw on the ground and pop the lights in as you go.

    As long as the barrel are heated you will be ok on yield. For the thickness you are getting a pretty good price. Return on investment is always the issue with all forms of insulation.
