We do weekly "safety meetings" and read downloaded subjects from several safety websites. There are many about how the eat and drink, bathroom breaks, how to walk around on the job. You guys really have now idea how hard it is to be on a commercial job these days.

I feel you Bro. Just cut the seat of my truck with a razor knife after just thinking to myself "If this slips......nah". Wack....cut seat!
Look for FRP at lowes/HD. It's the bathroom material. Make sure you caulk around faucet and put a trim ring on it if possible.

I have used recess cans on R-panel. You have to match trim size to panel ribs. I used remodel cans and pre-wired all my drops. Cut your holes with a hole saw on the ground and pop the lights in as you go.
As long as the barrel are heated you will be ok on yield.
For the thickness you are getting a pretty good price.
Return on investment is always the issue with all forms of insulation.
