Cart before the horse? Want to install min-split before I decide to insulate or not

I just finished the construction of a detached garage at my home outside of Raleigh, NC. It's 34' wide, 28' deep, 12' walls with vaulted trusses that give me about 18' of height at the peak. I have one 18'x10' door and one1 10'x10' that I upgraded to the highest insulation that the manufacture...

Rain started 1/2 way through concrete apron pour. This is what I got. Help!

Thanks for the input. I'm feeling quite relieved that I won't have a structural problem and the colors should line up over time. How wet should it be kept? hose it down once a day or more?

Garage Door Opener Question: Does This Look Right To You?

When you say “missing a few bolts”, do you mean bolts holding the open motor to the wall? I’m thought perhaps it’s from the torsion rod sagging in the middle and causing the ends to rotate off center.

Garage Door Opener Question: Does This Look Right To You?

So I'm finishing up a new detached garage build outside of Raleigh, NC. I have a 10 foot wide by 10 feet high door. The builder has installed a LiftMaster Jackshaft opener. Take a look at the video of it in operation. Builder says "oh, that's normal movement". I have a hard time believing...
