The website says its heat resistant and suitable for wet locations. Doesn't that make it a Good wire to use if it can be used in wet and hot locations why can't it be used in a building?

Haha my first question was about wiring the building with it. But alright sounds good, just was curious why the wire shouldn't be used. The recommended wire for building electricity is romex correct? I might have some out back too but not nearly enough for the whole building
