Just FYI, if you're patient you can find those tool boxes at sam's in the $450 range. How you ask? Damaged items. It seems more than a few of these get dented, it seems shippong/forklifts arent very fond of them. Most of the time the dings/dents are really small and (IMO) worth the $150-$200...
