Completely understand the euro hinges and have installed many but because my doors overlap my cases (cabinet faces) makes them a no go. If I had to redo my cases it would be cheaper to go with oak ply and I'm trying to avoid that cost.

So built some awesome cabinets for the new house and came out great! My issues is the 5/8 AC birch plywood doors are warping to the point they have 6" gaps on the non hinged side on a 24" x 68" door (even the 21" x 24" doors are warped). The doors were sanded filled with wood filler where...

The above or a RAD Gun but you are talking $5k at minimum in tooling. I regularly deal with fasteners with higher specs. If it's a once in a while thing call your local Caterpillar dealer and they'll send a tech out with the tooling and take care of you (we do this all the time :thumbup:)...

Using a RAD Gun, $300 socket, $15,000 torque multiplier. Google a O&K RH340 or a CAT 6060. I work on somewhat larger equipment, but out of all the truck brands and Proto GP was the only one and I hung up Snap On after that.

Check out Caterpillar paint, not many options for colors but spanks POR or just about anything else and runs $30 or so a gallon at your local dealer.
