    Have you dealt with nine4gmc?

I recently purchased a 1965-ish Craftsman 150 drill press locally. It even came with a Craftsman drill press vise of the same vintage. Only thing was, the drill press was missing the feed stop nut. That part is next to impossible to find. Shayne was liking the vise, so we struck a deal on a...

Another Craftsman 150 found! Have a question...

My Craftsman 150 is sporting a feed stop nut again. :rocker: nine4gmc (Shayne) and I did a trade, my mid '60's Craftsman drill press vise in return for a feed stop nut and jam nut that Shayne would make. The pieces work great, and Shayne is a good guy in my book!

Craftsman 150 drill press owners! I need a favor, please

Thanks for the link. I looked, but they don't have a feed stop that would work for the Cman 150.

Another Craftsman 150 found! Have a question...

Thanks, and yes, it is a Craftsman vise. The red label on it is partially worn off, but I can tell it says Craftsman. What is the best way to de-rust the parts to make them look like new, without scratching up the bare metal surfaces? Scotchbrite pads, or ? So, if it has 5/8-12 Acme threads...

Another Craftsman 150 found! Have a question...

I just purchased this Craftsman 150 from a guy just a few miles from my house today. I plan to restore it to its former glory, but I'm missing the feed stop nut. It appears to be a 5/8" thread, but I tried a 5/8-11 UNC nut and a 5/8-18 UNF nut, and neither of them will thread on. I counted...
