This is my 22x24 garage it was built 20 years ago, never had anything done to the floor, I etched washed dried 2 coats.of behr garage paint about 3 gal and 5 pounds of flakes. I put the flakes in a 2 gal bucket and had my wife spread them as I was painting.

Been working on getting mine organized, built this over the weekend, still need to add bracing. 4x4 legs, 4x4 for bracing 2x6 frame 2foot by 6 foot long doubled up 1/2" plywood inset. Also adding pegboard and sealing this weekend.

Just bought 2x6x16 yellow pine from my local feed store for 15.59 ea, however fence posts are still very high, 3 1/2-4 were 4.50 ea 2 years ago bundle price of 100, now 8.50 bundle price of 85. Barbed wire and field fence have also jumped dramatically.
