had one similar many years ago was always a problem of gate tracking straight. the wheels also always gave problems. i went with a gate with two V groove wheels welded to the gate at bottom with angle iron in concrete for it to roll on. a pair of rollers at top for the gate to slide...

skylights for more lighting its way to dark with doors down and i dont like to use lights due to cost , wider building made it 24 ft wide now wish i had it at 40 ft . not enough room so now i am considering garden sheds to store alot of items that is taking up floor space Jen

having same problems here but i dont have the extra money to finish my roof so for now i have a tarp on it thats all i can do till i can afford it Jen

watch craigslist as well as at times there is OSB listed at very low prices. my last purchase was 4ft x 10 ft sheets of OSB for 10 dollars each. person had 80 sheets but left them out in the rain , fortunately 40 of them was still very nice condition. Jen
