My first upgrade was insulation. I went with Johns Manville fiberglass. R20 in the 2 x 6 walls, R44 in the attic. 6 mil poly vapor barrier. I still need to finish sealing / taping. I am using acoustical sealant to close off leaks - I probably would not use this stuff again - it is nasty - but...

I will take some pics of outside - but honestly it is pretty boring. I am much more interested in the interior.

I want to build a good space to store my summer car as well as having a durable maintenance area for what winter throws at the daily driver. Add in a small work bench area and and storage for landscape tools. I also want it to look good - posters, etc. I hope this helps define it. Cheers
